Booking terms

These are the terms for staying at Sage House. If anything is unclear, please just ask when you book.

Booking and confirming

You can book by email at stay@sagehousepeak.co.uk or by phone on 01433 620 417. We confirm every booking by hand, so a stay is only held once we have replied to you.

Minimum stay

There is a two night minimum on weekends. Midweek nights can be booked singly, subject to availability.

Check in and check out

Check in is between 15:00 and 19:00. Check out is by 10:30. If you are arriving later than 19:00, let us know and we will do our best to help.

Children and pets

We welcome children over 10. We are not able to take pets.

When we are open

We are open all year apart from January, when Sage House is closed.

Prices

Room prices are per night and include breakfast for two. Rates are shown on the rooms page.
